Set in a world where humans and demons live uneasily side by side, Love in Pavilion tells the story of Dongfang Huaizhu and Wangquan Hongye.
Dongfang Huaizhu, the eldest daughter of the Dongfang family, comes from the noble Shenhuo clan, carrying a sacred fire mark on her forehead. She meets Wangquan Hongye, the powerful leader of the human alliance, at the Bamboo Pavilion by the Huai River.
Their bond begins with shared ideals — they both dream of peace between humans and demons. But as they fight side by side to rebuild a shattered alliance, their relationship grows into deep, unforgettable love.

Love in Pavilion Cast
Shen Yue appears as Dongfang Qinlan, Huaizhu’s younger sister. Shen Yue is famous for her sweet and stubborn characters in A Love So Beautiful and Meteor Garden (2018).
Liu Shishi plays Dongfang Huaizhu, a graceful, kind, and determined heroine. Liu Shishi is no stranger to iconic roles — fans loved her in Scarlet Heart and The Imperial Doctress. Her calm strength fits Huaizhu perfectly.
Wu Xuanyi plays Wangquan Zui, Hongye’s lively and talented younger sister. Wu Xuanyi has charmed audiences before in dramas like Douluo Continent.
Zhang Yunlong takes on the role of Wangquan Hongye, a cool and powerful leader who hides deep emotions beneath his calm surface. Viewers may recognize Zhang Yunlong from hits like My Roommate is a Detective and Broker. His strong screen presence makes him perfect for a character like Hongye.
Zhai Xiaowen joins as Yang Yitan, an important supporting character. Fans of idol dramas may know him from When I Fly Towards You.
